IPM Dubai is heading towards a record number of exhibitors. More than 110 exhibitors have announced that they are taking part in the horticultural trade fair from 13 - 15 November 2016, which is nine per cent more than the previous year. They come from the sectors of plants, technology, garden and landscaping, plant maintenance, floristry, garden features and logistics. They can look ahead to good business prospects, particularly in view of the Expo 2020 in Dubai.
In 2016, more producers of cut flowers from Africa will be presenting themselves at the trade fair. The number of officially participating countries has also increased once again. In addition to Egypt, Ethiopia, China, Germany, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and the USA, companies from Costa Rica and India will also be exhibiting for the first time.
Already one day before the start of the trade fair, exhibitors and visitors can take part in a free guided tour of selected horticultural projects in Dubai. During the trade fair, international experts in the industry will be passing on their knowledge in seminars. The "Middle East Floral Designer of the Year 2016" will be announced on the third day of the trade fair.
Messe Essen and Planetfair Dubai LLC continue to support IPM Dubai as joint venture. Once again WOP Dubai, a trade fair for fresh produce, will be taking place at the same time as the horticultural trade fair.
