Miroslaw Huczek is now CEO of Praktiker Romania.

Praktiker Romania has a new CEO. Miroslaw Huczek (43) took on this role in March. He replaces Isabelle Pleska who left the management of Praktiker Romania in November 2016 after only ten months in the position of CEO.

Miroslaw Huczek is originally from Poland. He began his career in DIY retail in 2005 and has worked for Praktiker Poland (Director of Sales), Obi Poland (Director of Sales) and Baumax Bulgaria (CEO). He speaks fluent Polish, German and English.

Praktiker, the first and one of the best known retailers in Romania DIY, celebrates 15 years of activity in the local market. The company currently has 27 stores in 23 cities in Romania.
