Dedeman invests more than ever before in a new store

Dedeman, the Romanian DIY market leader, opened two new stores at once in the last week. The company invested € 36 mio in Bucharest Baneasa, more than in any other location before. Around 30 000 m² were built upon. Another feature is the fact that, in addition to the car park, there is also an underground parking area.

The second new store has gone into operation in Hunedoara. There, 12 500 m² of retail space are available. The total investment amounts to € 11.5 mio.

With the two new openings, Dedeman has extended its branch network to 47 stores. Two more locations are expected to be added by the end of the year.
