Lower growth at Home Pro

27.04.2017

The Thai DIY chain Home Pro recorded an increase in sales of 4.69 per cent in the first quarter of 2017, signifying a lower growth rate than in the past. The sales income came to THB 14,271. Several reasons are cited in the quarterly report for the lower growth: there are no explicit signs of recovery in consumer purchasing power as yet; sales of seasonal summer products had been negatively affected compared to the prior year due to the less extreme weather conditions this year; and a high base effect arose from last year.
