The small-format Werkers Welt concept with 108 stores in Germany fared even better. Net sales in these outlets rose 14 per cent to € 37.9 mio.
Centrally invoiced sales of the Hagebau Group as a whole also showed a significant increase in the first three months of the year. The 369 Hagebau partners purchased goods and services from the central office to the value of € 1.58 bn (previous year: € 1.50 bn), equivalent to an increase of 5.8 per cent.
